Ballaghaderreen Business Park

Phase 1 & 2

This project included the construction of a Business Park on the outskirts of Ballaghaderreen, Co. Roscommon in two phases. Phase One consisted of the design and construction of three retail units circa 3530m2 and a block of retail units comprising 2950m2. Works Included: 

• Construction consisted of structural steel frames and insulated cladding.
• Units were designed and constructed as per the tenants requirements. Tenants had requirements that had to be considered at design stage.
• As part of the project peat was excavated and general fill was imported.
• Roads and car parking areas were constructed as part of the contract.
• Works included landscaping and public lighting installation.
• Works included the complete office fit out in units to tenants requirements.
• The N5 Ballaghaderreen—Dublin road was realigned as part of this phase.

Phase two consisted of the design and construction of 3 industrial units and a block of retail units. Works included:

• Construction of a block of retail units circa 2950m2.
• Construction of 3 no industrial units circa 4050m2.
• Construction consisted of structural steel frames and insulated cladding.
• Works also included curtain wall glazing and shop-fronts.
• Complete office fit out in units.
• As part of the project peat was excavated and general fill was imported.
• Roads and car parking areas were constructed as part of the contract.
• Works included landscaping and public lighting installation.
• Works were coordinated with tenants who had occupied units that were constructed as part of Phase 1 of this Project.
