NRS - The Company

NRS was founded in 1978 by Noel Regan Snr. Following the retirement of Noel Regan Snr. in 2011, the company was rebranded and is operated under the leadership and direction of Noel Regan Jnr.

NRS believes in the significance of client satisfaction, quality based management and a culture of progressive development within the company, for sustainable success in the building, civil engineering and renewable sectors.

The processes that we follow throughout our business have been developed over 4 decades and built into a comprehensive management manual, to streamline and optimise our performance and processes
throughout each department.

NRS operates a certified Quality Management System (to ISO 9001), a certified environmental management system (to ISO 14001) and a certified Safety Management System (to ISO 45001).

Our goal is to ensure the end product we provide to our clients is of the highest possible quality in pursuance of zero defects on all its projects.

Health , Safety and Environmental issues are always to the forefront When planning our works . Our in house team have a vast depth of knowledge and experience ensuring that our staff and sites are safe and compliant with all relevant legislation.
