Boolard Wind Farm

NRS recently completed Boolard Wind Farm for NTR.

The windfarm consists of 2 no. NORDEX (N100/2500) TGs of 100.6m hub height totaling 5MW installed capacity. Works involved construction of associated turbine foundations and hardstanding areas; a new site entrance; 1.5Km of internal site roads; off-site public road improvements; a substation and control building; 5.8Km of new underground export grid connection duct route to Charleville 110kV Substation, plus wind farm network electrical and communications cabling.
